Continuing Adult Education

Itʼs never too late to learn something awesome!
Ideally, Jewish education begins in childhood, but there are so many Jews in Vancouver
who have never had the opportunity to learn in their formative years. Until recently,
however, it has often been difficult or expensive to access this type of instruction in the
Lower Mainland.
Have no fear, the Kollel is here!
The Kollel provides a range of Jewish learning options for the community. Covering
topics such as language, spirituality, and religious and secular law, these classes are a
comfortable and enjoyable entry point to deeper Jewish learning and observance.

The Kollel is launching a new initiative in fall 2011.
The idea is to create a centre where people interested in learning can stop by on their way home from work to attend this weekly shiur. You bring the interest, weʼll provide the snacks. We anticipate that these will be lively, popular sessions.
