Through September, Karen Levitt will be presenting a series of classes that explore three of the most fundamental themes of life - challenge, morality and spirituality. If you wonder about the big questions in life, you'll enjoy these classes ... no background in Jewish learning is required. These classes are open to people of all ages, you can drop in as you wish, or attend all three. We will hang out and socialize after each class, light refreshments will be served. The classes:

Karen Levitt

Karen Levitt is the Director, Business Planning and Project Support at the City of Vancouver. She has held various positions at the City over the past twenty years, including Director of Olympic Games Strategic Planning, Deputy City Treasurer and Manager of Financial Planning. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Ohel Ya’akov Community Kollel, and has previously served on the Boards of King David High School and Jewish Family Service Agency in Vancouver. Ms. Levitt has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UBC, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She has taught a number of popular courses at the Kollel over the past few years.
