Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: The Solomon Leadership Program

Grades 11 and 12!
Program Overview
The Solomon Leadership Program is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills in our future leaders. Our dynamic and rigorous program focuses on instilling pride, leadership, and community values in teens. We employ a three-pronged approach:
- Individual Mentorship: Guidance from experienced community leaders.
- Curated Curriculum: A comprehensive program tailored to foster leadership qualities.
- Guest Speakers: Insights and inspiration from renowned figures in various fields.
Meet Your Mentor
Karen Levitt, our program leader, has been a key figure in leadership development since becoming Deputy City Manager in January 2020. With a Psychology degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Karen brings over thirty years of experience in business advisory and municipal roles. Her dedication to youth development and mentoring young adults makes her an exceptional guide for the Solomon Leadership Program.
